At ORLI Beauty Bar, we pride ourselves on providing premium-quality raw hair extensions and beauty products. Because of the nature of our products, we have strict guidelines to ensure the safety and integrity of every order. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and beauty products, all sales are final. ORLI Beauty Bar does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage you to double-check your order details, including texture, length, and lace size, before checking out. If you have questions, our team is happy to help you choose the right products before you purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation before processing begins, but this is not guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in inspecting every order before it leaves our facility. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Send an email to support@orlibeautybar.com with your order number.

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product for review.

Once reviewed, our team will provide further instructions and, if applicable, replace the item.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

ORLI Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for claims. We will gladly assist you with any documentation needed to support your claim.

Restocking Fees

In rare cases where an exception is granted for a return (approved by management), a 15% restocking fee will apply. The product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging within 5 business days of approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Color & Texture Disclaimer

Our raw hair is 100% natural and may vary slightly in color and curl pattern from bundle to bundle. These variations are normal and are not considered a defect.
