Protecting Your Package
For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting a shipping method that includes insurance. If you choose our free shipping option, please be aware that it does not include insurance, and ORLI Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
Processing & Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page and shown in your cart at checkout. While most orders ship quickly, please allow for processing time before shipping.
⭐ Express Shipping Options (FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Overnight, etc.): These options refer to shipping speed after processing, not the time it takes to prepare your order.
If you have a special event or appointment, we recommend placing your order early to ensure it arrives on time.
Appointment Policy
We highly advise against scheduling a hair appointment until you have physically received your order. ORLI Beauty Bar is not responsible for missed appointments, lost deposits, or rescheduling fees due to shipping delays.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, and ZIP codes. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may cause delays or rerouting that could take several weeks to resolve.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first for assistance. Our team is happy to support you in resolving delivery issues if needed.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During peak seasons (November through January), shipping carriers may experience delays due to high package volumes. While we do our best to process orders quickly, please allow extra time for transit during holidays.
Local Pick-up Policy
We occasionally offer local pickup options when available. Pickup dates are announced via our Instagram @orlibeautybar and communicated by email and text when applicable.

Important Pickup Guidelines

Do not place a website order if you plan to pick up your hair. Pickup orders are processed separately.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your pickup order. Your order is not secured until the deposit is received.

Payments for pickup orders are accepted via Zelle.
